OBJAZDOWY PUNKT SZCZEPIEŃ                                           

                      

Szczepienia nie wymagają wcześniejszego umówienia pacjenta i są dostępne dla każdego chętnego, który dobrowolnie wyrazi zgodę na przyjęcie szczepienia w trakcie wizyty Objazdowego Punktu Szczepień w danej miejscowości:

*osoby dorosłe;

*osoby pow. 16-ego r.ż -za zgodą opiekuna,

*również  SZCZEPIENIE 3-EJ DAWKI PRZYPOMINAJĄCEJ LUB UZUPEŁNIAJĄCEJ( dla osób uprawnionych)

*możliwość zaszczepienia w miejscu zamieszkania osób, które ze względu na stan zdrowia nie mogą dotrzeć do punktu szczepień

 

Zabieramy ze sobą dowód osobisty, prawo jazdy lub paszport.
